🔎 About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer with deep expertise in Workato, agentic AI workflows, and enterprise integrations.

This role focuses on designing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions, building RAG pipelines, and delivering high-impact integrations for enterprise customers.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation and integration solutions using Workato
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and agent-based AI workflows
• Lead customer engagements and deliver tailored integration solutions
• Develop custom connectors and extend Workato recipes using Python, Java, or Ruby
• Integrate cloud and on-prem applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
• Provide deployment, troubleshooting, and post-launch support
• Document architectures, integration patterns, and best practices
• Translate complex AI and integration concepts to business and technical stakeholders

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Workato (recipes, connectors, agentic workflows)
• Proven experience building RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems
• Strong customer-facing engineering and solution delivery experience
• Deep understanding of APIs, iPaaS, ESB, BPM, SOA, RPA
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Ruby
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

➕ Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other iPaaS / automation platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments
• Workato certifications

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (required)
• Relevant certifications preferred (Workato, cloud, integration tools)
