make a simple web proxy using the latest version of ultravilot and scramjet. also add the abuility to swich between a wisp and a bare server, scramjet and ultravilot, and libcurl and epoxy for transport (only on wisp server) use the searchbar asset as the main searchbar. also add a header that applys to all pages. make it similar to this ---
