Includes Rocky 10 as a supported image and enables the CodeReady Linux Builder repository for Rocky 9/10, which is required for a dependency of debootstrap (dpkg) on Rocky 10.
Have confirmed successful builds with both Rocky 9 and Rocky 10 as the base image in an AIO, and successful tempest test runs with both of these.
