Brief 1.12.0 entry in the existing house style: the three breaking changes (builders now abstract classes, entityWithId/projectionWithId removed, schema validation fail-by-default) plus the reified Kotlin API, findBy shortcuts, storm-ktor-koin, key-chain FK resolution, join-ordering and dialect fixes. Dated 'Unreleased' to stamp at tag time.
