Fix native source picking, Atlas navigation, and compute UX

Summary

• restore host-native macOS and Windows pickers for project imports, source folders, and direct file/folder connections
• keep Storage relocation on the explicit absolute-path flow
• make Atlas navigation follow the saved General toggle immediately, without requiring an account-session probe
• allow file and folder connections before a session exists by creating the required session on demand
• simplify the kernel panel into a quiet compact surface with underline tabs, flat metrics, a responsive creation form, and collapsed details
• launch sandboxed zsh terminals without user startup files and with a clean project prompt
• preserve each queued notebook cell execution count while kernel state persists concurrently

• root typecheck: 7 packages passed
• focused frontend tests: 40 passed
• focused Compute browser E2E: passed
• production frontend build: passed
• isolated local browser verification: Atlas toggle/nav, pre-session file connection, compact Compute card/form, no browser warnings or errors
• npm test publish: 2.0.2-test.76.1
• packaged browser E2E: passed
• npm package smoke: Linux x64, Linux ARM64, macOS, and Windows passed
