Lockstep with agent-eval 0.52.0 honest-driver-correction release.
0.52.0 collapsed skillOptDriver into gepaDriver({constraints}) —
agent-runtime doesn't reference skillOptDriver, so this is a pure
dep widening. All 370 runtime tests green, typecheck clean.
