Removes [systeminformation](https://github.com/sebhildebrandt/systeminformation). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@hyperledger/caliper-cli](https://github.com/hyperledger-caliper/caliper/tree/HEAD/packages/caliper-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
