This is Tenacity's copy of libnyquist. It is approximately based on version 3.16+ SVN r331. There have been several modifications inherited from Audacity and Tenacity alike.

The intention of this repo is to separate libnyquist from Tenacity in order to have a clean history. We also intend to modernize parts of libnyquist and fix bugs.
Aside from Audacity-specific and Tenacity-specific changes made before this repo was created, there are a few notable changes we've either made or are in the process of making:
- Dropped support for older compilers.
- Dropped support for older (and ancient) platforms.
- Use C17, a much more modern C standard.
