feat(desktop): 1.6.0 native expansion, security hardening, LinkedIn parity - #4

Add device-Bearer APIs for network, search, jobs, opportunities, and saved posts; wire Tauri commands and native Desktop UI for LinkedIn JTBD parity without cloning brand or chrome.
