Summary
openhuman's module loader accepts only modules built in the host's tinybus series, and all hosts are moving to tinybus 0.3.6. This rebuilds tinyvoice-module on 0.3.6 and changes nothing else.
The 0.1.6 → 0.3.6 change is host-side readiness plus the version number. The module API, the dependency lists and the wire format are unchanged: between the two commits, the only Cargo.toml changes in tinybus are the version lines.
