When we use the 1.6.0 version of csi-provisioner, we found that the 1.6.0 version of the csi-provisioner uses Endpoint to elect the leader by default. When the number of PVC exceeds a certain number, there will be a failure in the election of the leader, so we choose use lease object to avoid this problem.
