Ground truth dataset of bioinformatics software, including 45 analyzed tools. The annotations are compared with those in bio.tools using the EDAM ontology. The dataset covers seven scientific fields: metagenomics, neuroimaging, phylogenetics, single-cell biology, systems biology, genetic variants, and microscopy.
