This is my PhD script, which makes the analysis and statistics and graph based on diameter matrices of Bacterial Motility on low-agar content Petri dish plates. For this to work you need to create diameter matrices in other file (structure: 12 repetitions x 4 treatments x 2 species). Script was made to be highly adaptable for future tests..
