Using MetMap500, we identified a 13-gene lung cancer metastasis signature linked to metastatic potential, poor prognosis, and broad drug resistance. The signature outperformed prior gene sets and prioritized crizotinib through transcriptomic and network-level associations.

Pre-registered in-silico differentiation therapy pipeline for AML.
