This repository provides all code used in Anguita-Ruiz et al. (2026), supporting a longitudinal EWAS of insulin resistance trajectories across the pubertal transition in children with obesity. It enables full reproducibility of the analytical pipeline and facilitates its adaptation to other omics studies of cardiometabolic health.
