Flyde v1.0.0 changes support

Implements changes to be compatible with Flyde v1.0.0:

• Unified Node instance config instead of macro configurations and input configs
• Support for built-in default values instead of having to use InlineValue
• Replaced imports section in the flow files with instance-level configuration
• Flows are updated for left-to-right view instead of top-down
• Replaced .flyde.ts stubs with flyde-node.json manifests

Add more features supported by Flyde:

• stdlib: Http component
• stdlib: Switch component
• stdlib: Math component
• stdlib: String component
