🎨 Palette: Fix mobile UI layout issues and add log type filtering

Fixes several mobile UI layout issues reported by the user and adds log filtering functionality:

• Stored Keyboxes: Wrapped text in a div to properly apply word-break and prevent overlapping on smaller screens. Fixed .clear-btn CSS conflict.
• Resource Monitor Table: Encapsulated feature name and description within a unified div to resolve mobile layout displacement.
• Menu Tabs: Added flex-shrink: 0 to .tab so items correctly trigger horizontal scrolling rather than squishing together on small screens.
• Logs Section: Added a dropdown <select> allowing users to fetch CleveresTricky Logs, Errors Only, or Full System logs. Updated /api/logs backend to execute appropriate logcat parameters based on the new type query parameter.
