Added PDIP-8 and SPDIP-28 as aliases that map to the existing DIP generator (they're just shrink/narrow DIP packages). Also implemented UTDFN-4-EP(1x1) — 4 corner pads plus central thermal pad, following the same pattern as SON. All snapshots pass.
