The UX checklist describes the retired WebKit pages, old build commands and paid raw exports. Replace it with paired English/Chinese guidance for the actual GTK session/packet workflow, keep the existing executable manifest and ACCEPTANCE guide as owners, and correct the manual checklist's raw-export and authenticated release-time eligibility expectations.
This is a documentation slice of #40, not closure of its native language/input/recovery gaps. No native widget, entitlement implementation or required CI gate is changed. The checkboxes remain unverified until new product evidence is recorded.
