Sponitor is a web application to store and process statistics data send by Spark Engine.
The graph are display with web technology using the Google Charts API

- Python 2.7, and package specifies in requirements.txt

INSTALL LOCAL STAGE
===================

- Create a settings_local.py file (fill the config as for settings_heroku.py)
- Run: foreman start -f Procfile.dev
