Added this here because https://github.com/uphold/paypal-client/pull/60 required this type of validation to have more readable code

Hey! I reviewed this PR comparing it against the repository conventions (other asserts like NullOrAssert, EqualTo, etc.) and also against the local version created in uphold/paypal-client#60.

Overall it looks great — good test coverage, clear documentation, and the addition of assert instance support as constraint sets is a nice improvement over the paypal-client version.
