Consolidates five green dependabot PRs into one so they land as a single CI run
and one review, rather than five. Each commit is preserved with its original
dependabot authorship.
60eac75to7b140f3#282)Excluded: #284 (typescript 6 -> 7 in sdks/typescript) — the major bump fails the
sdk-ts build, so it stays open for its own follow-up.
Verified locally on the combined tree: cargo build/clippy/fmt clean, full
cargo test --workspacegreen.
