### Fixed

- Every local and remote `docker build` passes `--pull`, so `FROM` tags
resolve to the registry's current image. A stale build-host cache used to
pin base images indefinitely (it shipped a pre-security-release Node from
a runner that had last pulled weeks earlier, 2026-10-22).

Found provisioning a fresh OVH Debian 13 VPS as a non-root user with
`--network tailscale` (2026-10-25):
