This PR bumps
thiserrorfrom2.0.18to2.0.19and addssynto the skip list indeny.tomlto make thecargo-denyjob in the CI pass.I also noticed that the
windows-sysentry in the skip list is no longer necessary and so I removed it.Closes #193
