The github-actions ecosystem entry had no workflows or action.yml to track, so every scheduled run failed with dependency_file_not_found. Removing it stops the recurring red CI; can re-add if workflows are introduced. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
