CareBear is a self-care and wellbeing application developed to support users in maintaining both mental and physical wellness. The platform combines mood tracking, journaling, wellness resources, progress monitoring, and personalized self-care tools within a user-friendly desktop application.
The project was developed with inspiration from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being. CareBear aims to encourage healthy habits, emotional balance, and self-care through accessible digital tools.
