This is a decision-support system that identifies where attention is compounding and tells teams what to do about it in real time.
It simulates an internal analytics layer for a creator-media or live-streaming company: ingest fragmented data, normalize it, detect breakout vs spike signals, and generate execution priorities for content, growth, and partnerships teams.
Below is a real example of the system output.

Most analytics projects show data. Real internal tools help people make decisions.
I built this project to demonstrate the backend logic behind a decision-intelligence system:
- ingestion across multiple simulated sources
- normalized creator-hour analytics
- KPI generation
- signal detection
- executive reporting that translates data into action
The goal was not to build a UI. The goal was to build the system that makes a useful UI, report, or internal workflow possible.

That difference matters because creator windows are time-sensitive. A breakout creator needs investment before the market catches up. A spike creator needs fast distribution before attention fades.

- Noah Vector is in a stable phase. This is a lower-urgency asset that supports predictable packaging, steadier ROI, and cleaner planning decisions.
