This repository documents the end-to-end migration of 140+ enterprise integration applications from MuleSoft to Talend for a major US-based retail client. The project focused on modernizing the integration platform, improving data quality, and leveraging cloud-native infrastructure with Azure, AWS, and Snowflake.
As the Project Associate, I was responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of this 8-month project, including planning, execution, user testing, and delivery. My core responsibilities included:
