Summary

Switch the default AI CLI config from ccs codex --bare to claude --bare --disable-slash-commands.
Update the example config and default config tests.

Test plan

go test ./internal/config
pre-push hook: secret scan, gofmt, go vet, go test ./..., build


          refactor(config): 默认使用 claude CLI
