Node 20 の EOL 対応のため、
.github/workflows/main.ymlと.github/workflows/publish.ymlのactions/checkoutを v4 から v7 に上げます。 https://github.com/wantedly/infrastructure/issues/16098actions/checkoutは v5 で node20 から node24 に移行しているため、v5 以上であれば Node 20 EOL の要件を満たします。その上で互換性を確認し、最新の v7 を採用しました。破壊的変更の確認
いずれも本リポジトリには影響しません。
