What

Stamps .claude/skills/unslop/SKILL.md from me:unslop 1.26.0 (was 1.18.0). The core block between the unslop-core markers is regenerated by the plugin's sync.mjs; Phase 0 is also rewritten to match the repo as it stands: the three colour tiers in src/styles/tokens.css and their three gates replace the old two-token-systems bullet, SUR-1 (apps paint the palette) becomes a binding with its own fix row, the mechanical-audit paragraph names the record methods and the fixture pairs, and a render-tier paragraph maps the six unchecked rules (STA-5, STA-7, KIO-2 and the judgment rules) onto render.mjs runs: the admin at 375, the kiosk at 1080 with screenshots for the circle crop, night flipped in the app rather than by scheme.

Why

me:unslop was compared against the UI anti-slop skills on GitHub (hallmark, impeccable, anti-slop, 0design/unslop-skill, emilkowalski/break-ui) and took the mechanics they are ahead on:

  • Tiers. Every rule is Floor (a detector blocker, always fixed), Reflex (review / warning, waivable on the record with unslop-waive <RULE> · <evidence> · <reason>; three waivers of one rule move it into Phase 0) or Finish (answered, never blocks).
  • Nine new tells. The eyebrow, tracked-caps labels, template punctuation (middle-dot strings, glued arrows, decorative status dots), the icon in a tinted tile, the fake send and dead controls, content hidden at rest, the default dashboard shell, filler people, and a chart title that is not the question it answers. Six matching fix-ladder rows.
  • Render tier. Phase 2 now points at the plugin's scripts/render.mjs: headless Chrome over the DevTools protocol, no dependency beyond Chrome, measuring overflow, focus-visible, state stability under forced hover and focus, motion at rest, contrast from the pixels behind the text, and tap targets. Its --selftest proves each check on a slop/clean fixture pair.

Not in this PR

rulecheck.mjs does not read unslop-waive comments yet, so a waiver is read by the audit, not the script. The ambient apps (Breathing, Fireplace, clock faces) have no DOM marker for --allow-motion; Phase 0 says to run the motion-at-rest pass on the admin and non-ambient apps until their roots carry a data-ambient attribute. Wiring a check:render script is a separate change.

The core block moves from 1.18.0 to 1.26.0: rule tiers (Floor is a
blocker, Reflex is review or warning and waivable on the record with
unslop-waive), nine new tells (eyebrow, tracked caps, template
punctuation, fake send, hidden at rest, dashboard shell, filler people,
chart title as the question), and the render tier in Phase 2.

Phase 0 catches up with the repo: the three colour tiers in
src/styles/tokens.css and their three gates replace the "two token
systems" bullet, SUR-1 (apps paint the palette) is a binding with its own
fix row, the mechanical audit names the record methods and the fixture
pairs, and a render-tier paragraph maps the six unchecked rules onto
render.mjs runs for the admin at 375 and the kiosk at 1080.
