The v3.4.0 leg runs the KBI scenario in 168 to 188 seconds under QEMU, and one run hit the 200 second limit just short of finishing. Double the limit on all three scenarios to leave room as tests grow.

The v3.4.0 Zephyr leg runs the KBI scenario in 168 to 188 seconds under QEMU, and the 200 second twister limit just cut off a run that was a few seconds from finishing. Runtime has grown from about 142 seconds in early September as tests were added.
