The voltmeter for a PIC16F676 with LCD Display

Software is set to use the supply voltage as reference, and so the useful range is 0-4.99 volts

Analog input pin AN2 is used, with pins as shown in 'include.inc'

We take 2 readings and average the result as the ADC can be a little sensitive to noise
