What / 改动内容

Adds community plugin expert-panel v0.1.1 — expert-panel consensus review, for getting a "more robust" answer on important decisions. 新增社区插件 expert-panel v0.1.1——专家团共识评审，用于重要决策的多视角把关。

Mechanism / 机制： independent answering (each expert answers before seeing anyone else) → truly anonymous cross-critique (inputs carry only "Expert A/B/C" labels — no lens names, no models) → arbitration where the consensus rate = agreed/(agreed+disputed) is computed deterministically by the workflow script, never self-reported by a model → one extra debate round when below threshold; if still below, disagreements are stated explicitly for human adjudication and never force-merged → chair synthesis → fact verification of objectively checkable claims. Single-expert failure is tolerated with a sample-completeness annotation. Profiles: quick (3 experts / 1 round) / standard / deep (auto-adds a contrarian lens).

Zero config / 零配置： all roles run on the session default model — no API keys, no MCP server, no hooks, no outbound network requests. The optional run ledger uses python3 and does not block conclusions when absent.

Components: skills/expert-panel (usage guide + parameter reference), commands/expert-panel.md (/expert-panel), workflows/expert-panel.dwf.ts (six-stage workflow the skill invokes via CreateWorkflow path).

Test evidence / 实测证据： full run on default config (quick profile, 3/3 experts valid) reached 74% consensus in 1 round — 13 agreed / 5 disputed / 0 rejected by the fact verifier; expert board, consensus chart and conclusion artifact all produced; ledger written.

Local checks / 本地校验： python3 scripts/validate.py → OK: 1 plugin(s) validated; python3 scripts/build_dist.py → plugin artifact built (7 files, ~19KB). Both were run on a tree containing exactly this plugin plus the appended marketplace entry (a full-repo clone was blocked by local network flakiness; the full merged marketplace.json was verified to parse with 51 entries).

License / 许可： MIT. No third-party code; the anonymous cross-critique + chair mechanism is inspired by karpathy/llm-council (which ships no license) — this is an independent implementation, attribution is given in the README.
