🎯 What: The sanitizeValue method in LoggingDatabaseOperations was updated to accept an unknown parameter instead of any.
💡 Why: Using unknown forces the TypeScript compiler to ensure proper type narrowing and checks before property access, improving type safety and preventing runtime errors, thus improving overall maintainability without changing any functionality.
Verification: Replaced any with unknown and verified that no existing tests broke by successfully executing the complete test suite via npm test. Also utilized npx tsc --noEmit --ignoreConfig src/loggingDatabaseOperations.ts to ensure safe property access on the object branch checking for byteLength.
Result: A safer, stricter type checking boundary for database value sanitation, resolving the code health issue.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14294757496051374689 started by @zknpr

Replaced `any` with `unknown` type in `sanitizeValue` method of `LoggingDatabaseOperations` to improve type safety and comply with codebase rules. Added strict type guards and safely checked `byteLength` on unknown objects to satisfy the TypeScript compiler.
