P2 Badge Add synchronize to auto-review PR triggers

The auto-review workflow only runs on opened, ready_for_review, and reopened, so it does not execute when new commits are pushed to an existing PR (pull_request synchronize events). This leaves later changes unreviewed by Droid unless someone manually retriggers it, which defeats continuous PR coverage and can miss regressions introduced after the initial review.
