Summary
EntityJoinWorldEventalso affected animal breeding so this changes the event toLivingSpawnEvent.CheckSpawnwhich does not. Natural mob spawns and those from spawners are still affected.Closes GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#25765
