Untrack internal-only agent/workflow state so the public repo shows the science and the bespoke tooling, not the process bookkeeping: - .planning/ (448 files, incl. a 70 MB debug CSV) - .gpd/ (134 files, GPD workflow state) - .claude/agents/ (57 generic gsd-*/gpd-* framework agent defs) - .gardener-notes.md (internal audit note) Kept: CLAUDE.md, .claude/skills/ (8 bespoke), .claude/rules/ (2) — the disciplined, project-specific AI-workflow signal. - Add an explicit 'AI-assisted, author-owned' section to CLAUDE.md and a README development note: the author owns all scientific decisions; physics changes are gated by the documented physics-change verification protocol. Answers the 'how much of this is the AI's?' question in the artifact itself. - Citation block: '[Paper reference TBD]' -> 'Manuscript in preparation (2026); cite the repository via CITATION.cff until arXiv submission.' - Correct the pre-commit description: hooks are ruff + ruff-format + mypy (whole-tree, no pytest hook).
