Copilot CLI installs the plugin from the existing .claude-plugin marketplace, so this is docs only. Visual Studio reads skill folders, so it gets a manual install route through ~/.copilot/skills. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
