Several surfaces that only make sense for Apache Software Foundation projects were either recommended to every adopter or carried no ASF-only marker. This PR marks the small ones and gates them on
organization: ASF. The larger refactors (the Vulnogram-only CVE allocation default, hardcodedcveprocess.apache.org, the PonyMail-only advisory lookup, and ASF hosts in the sandbox template) will be filed as separate issues for discussion.Changes
