### Step 2A — Claude Code MCP 서버 설정 (OAuth)

Claude Code도 Atlassian 공식 remote MCP 서버를 OAuth로 등록합니다. 예전 `@atlassian/mcp-atlassian` npm 패키지 방식은 npm registry에 패키지가 없어(404) `✗ Failed to connect` 상태가 되므로 사용하지 않습니다. 이 방식은 **MCP용 API token이 필요 없습니다** (Step 1의 token은 OpenClaw·직접 curl 호출용으로만 사용).
