The time fields come from device stats: `seconds`, `sessions`, `today_seconds`, and `week_seconds` for the
last 7 days including today.

Filters narrow the digest to matching books: `language` (main subtag, so `en` also matches `en-GB`),
`genre` (one of the book's genres) and `author` (part of the name). All ignore case and can be combined.
A filtered digest counts only per-book data: the books' sync and session days, their finished counts and
pages, and their measured time (per-book stats and reading sessions). Device-wide totals with no book
attached are left out. Per-book stats have no days, so `today_seconds` and `week_seconds` count only
reading sessions there.

`group_by=language` or `group_by=genre` adds `groups`, one digest per value, for the 20 values with the
most reading days. A book counts in each of its genres. The top-level fields stay the account's (or the
filter's, when one is given).

Merge imported BookOrbit time into filtered book totals.

Filtered and grouped overviews build books.time from device snapshots and reading_sessions, but they never call readBookorbitStats. This omits imported BookOrbit seconds, sessions, today_seconds, week_seconds, and their reading days.

Add imported BookOrbit data to the snapshot-side total before applying the existing Math.max against reading_sessions. Merge its daily allocations into perDay; forBooks already adds every perDay date to the reading-day set. This follows the existing unfiltered and per-book aggregation contract. Exported local sessions are already excluded by readBookorbitStats, so do not add imported totals after the session maximum.

Review comment at @src/routes/v1/stats.ts at line 525:
In the filtered and grouped overview aggregation, merge BookOrbit data from
readBookorbitStats into snapshot-side totals before the existing Math.max
against reading_sessions. Add imported seconds and sessions, and merge daily
allocations into perDay so forBooks includes those reading days; preserve the
existing session-maximum behavior.
