Stacks the TUI file list under the diff when the terminal is under 110 columns. Past that point the diff column would drop below about 80 columns. In 100 to 109 column panes the diff now gets the full width, so split view works there too.
Also adds a GitHub Actions CI workflow (ruff check, ruff format, pytest on Ubuntu and macOS with Python 3.10 and 3.13) and README badges with section links. Getting CI green took a full-depth checkout, since some tests diff this checkout against origin/main, and a fix for three PTY tests that crashed on Linux's EIO from a closed PTY. The repo stays all rights reserved; there's no license file.
The version resets to 0.10.0, the next minor after 0.9.2. 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 were never tagged or published. After merge I'll tag v0.10.0 and cut a GitHub release.
