Define provider-neutral local AI Agent adapters with on-device choice among WorkBuddy, Codex and Pi, extend capability/communication design, and keep CloudFile execution independent. The generic sample Profile uses ai.agent and communication.local modules; application-specific details stay in each application repository. This change is documentation and examples only: existing read-only MCP, Host routing, file operations and authentication remain unchanged. Official WorkBuddy, Codex and Pi interfaces are described as future adapters, not already shipped. Direct personal chat collection or sending is not implemented. Companion app-side doc: jcetech/etech-eap#39.
