Disable checkout credential persistence in both jobs.

actions/checkout keeps GITHUB_TOKEN in the local Git configuration after the checkout step, unless the step sets persist-credentials: false. The pnpm install --frozen-lockfile step runs after checkout, so dependency lifecycle scripts can read that token. The token is then available to any later step if dependency code is compromised. Set persist-credentials: false on both checkout steps. No step in this workflow uses the persisted token for Git operations, so the setting does not break the current steps.
