…d host (Refs #6239) GATE CHANGE. pr-light runs-on moves from [self-hosted, Linux, clean-room] to [self-hosted, Linux, X64, clean-room], as #6200 did for the gate job. scripts/ci_mg_reuse.sh pins that line and its heavy-label guard now forbids only the merge-queue label; X64 is allowed (the clean-room X64 pool). Linear re-cut of #6240 onto the new main (roadmap.yaml regenerated; every other file's patch-id is identical). Closes #6239. GATE CHANGE.
